KollektivARB is a physical theater company that emerged in 2023 from the artistic encounter between Zoe Notartomaso and Andrina Hauri. Both graduated in Physical Theater from the Accademia Dimitri. Bound by a strong artistic and personal affinity, they weave dance, mask theater, music and performance into hybrid, experimental stage forms.

For the production Parola Vegetale, they collaborated in 2025 with sound designer and poet Luca Schindler. Since 2026, they have been working with composer, multi-instrumentalist and Foley artist Marquis’ McGee. The three share a sensitivity to and fascination with nature, and an approach to the stage that seeks a dialogue between body, sound and imagination.

Parola Vegetale – What do plants tell us? And how do their stories intertwine with ours?

Dreams, memories and direct encounters with plants find expression in an immersive dance-theater performance.

The dancers’ bodies turn into plant bodies: a bud, a branch creaking in the wind, an underground web of roots – all merging with the electronic soundscape.

The growth of plants as inspiration

An imperceptible, spiraling movement

A never-ending pulse

The explosion of pollen and seeds,

forces pulling towards the center of the earth

and towards

the sky
